Set hours, minutes, and seconds (up to 99:59:59), hit Start, and watch the bar move from green toward amber and red as you approach zero. At zero you get ascending beeps, a clear full-screen style alert, and optional browser notifications if you allowed them.

Quick presets
Presets cover 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, and 45 minutes plus 1 and 2 hours. You can always fine-tune with the numeric fields.
Visual progress and alarm
The bar reflects remaining time. In the last ten seconds the time digits pulse red. The alarm uses three short rising tones (no MP3 files).
Multiple simultaneous timers
Add up to three timers for overlapping tasks — for example different oven dishes or work/rest intervals. Each row has its own Start, Pause, Reset, Edit, and Remove (on extra rows).

Tips
- Keyboard: click a timer card to focus it, then Space to start/pause; R resets when stopped; Escape dismisses alarms.
- Notifications: allow notifications once so a finished timer can ping you from another tab.
- HIIT: run one timer for work and a second for rest; start the next when the first alarms.

The first timer restores your last-used duration from local storage (migrated from older combined-tool storage when present).
Does the timer keep running in the background?
Yes. Like any browser timer, display updates may throttle in a background tab, but the end time is computed from the clock so the alarm still fires on schedule.
